Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:- 5-15 years of progressively responsible structural design experience with a focus on building structures.- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.- Expertise in designing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structures.- Proficiency in Revit for structural design and documentation.- Develop structural engineering designs and construction documents, including gravity and lateral systems.- Lead major and minor design projects while supporting company growth and client relationships.- Plan and estimate manpower requirements, manage budgets, and ensure efficient project execution.- Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team environment. - Hybrid remote schedule – work from home 2-3 days per week.Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
