Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Product position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.- 10+ years of experience in product management, with expertise in AI-driven robotics, automation, or similar industries.- Strong technical background in machine learning, AI, robotics, hardware development, and software- Ability to oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.- Experience integrating off-the-shelf hardware with AI to create complete, scalable robotic systems.- Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration, working with engineering, sales, and customer success teams.- Understanding of manufacturing and production environments, including part flow, automation processes, and operational efficiencies.- Ability to develop product strategies that balance short-term needs with long-term growth.- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders, sales teams, and investors.Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
