Located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, CMH serves approximately 600 students from Waukesha County, and surrounding areas. Our mission is to educate students as individuals, intellectually and spiritually. We guide students to work to their highest, God-given potential. We prepare them for post-secondary education and to become leaders who serve the Church and the world. Position Description: CMH is looking for a dynamic, collaborative individual for a full-time PLTW Engineering Teaching position in the 2025-26 school year. This candidate must be able to teach in the areas of Introduction to Engineering Design and Principles of Engineering.  Project Lead the Way certification and professional engineering experience are preferred.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop instructional goals, activities, and assessments in an active, differentiated classroom environment.Work collaboratively with other members of the Innovation and Professional Studies Department in developing curriculum and common assessments, in conjunction with the PLTW/ Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction State Standards.Use technology to regularly update assignments and assessments online through the student learning management system as required.Communicate effectively with parents to convey students’ academic and social progress.Pursue professional growth opportunities to improve teacher practice and student achievement.Fully participate in the life of the school, including in-services, faith formation, and faculty/student retreats.Be in compliance with, and support of school policies as indicated in the Personnel Handbook and Student Planner QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required.DPI Licensure or a Professional Teaching Permit is preferred.Project Lead the Way Training is a requirement of this position, and if necessary, will be provided by the employer.Experience in Catholic education with the ability to promote the role of faith in education and leadership is preferred. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
