Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Party Chief position include:- Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably with site development projects- Proficiency with Trimble and Topcon software- Strong ability to work independently without the need for training- Perform construction staking, boundary, and topographic surveys- Coordinate with CAD technicians for project delivery- Ensure survey accuracy and completeness in the field- Oversee survey equipment and ensure proper maintenance- Occasional overtime required, with time and a half compensationSalary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
