Provide engineering support to sales, manufacturing, and customers to provide the best possible solutions for new and existing opportunities. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Provide pre-sales technical assistance.Research and build relationships with new clients. Work with customers on solutions to new projects. Specify solutions working from customer specs. Support sales and engineering team to grow existing customer base. Maintain documents and recordsProvide customer service support in house as well as at customer locations. Provide technical assistance to manufacturing as needed. Provide maintenance and training for equipment and procedures, writing of procedures as needed. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.Identify opportunities for services and distribution that will lead to an increase in sales. Cold call as appropriate to grow a pipeline of opportunities.Identify business opportunities and develop a pipeline of new business.Build key customer relationships.Support inside sales as needed.Possible website support and assist with technical support for advertising, e-commerce experience a plus. Ideal candidate will be/have: Experience with Servo Drive system and specifications as it relates to electric motor performance. Proficient with brushed and brushless servo motors.Proficient with servo motor controls and drives. Experienced with encoders, hall assemblies, and other feedback devices. Experienced with gearboxes, brakes, etc. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent organizational skills. Experienced with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, Excel and Word. Comfortable in front of customers. Provide after sales support services Education (BA Electrical Engineering) 2 to 5 years’ experience
