Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include:- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC service (installation experience a plus)- EPA Certification and MA Refrigeration License preferred (company offers support for obtaining licenses)- Strong driving record required for insurance purposes- Experience with boilers, chillers, and hydronics is a plus (training available)- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain detailed service records- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on HVAC systems- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion- Participate in on-call rotation once a monthSalary: $35.00 - $52.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
