Qualifications and responsibilities for this Executive Vice President/General Manager (Commercial HVAC) position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field- 15+ years of experience in business development or engineering leadership roles within the commercial HVAC market- Deep expertise in commercial HVAC products and industry trends- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, IT, and finance- Profit and loss accountability with the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans- Demonstrated success in driving product innovation, market share growth, and customer experience- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and high-level financial planning- Willingness to travel 25%-50% for client meetings, board meetings, and industry events- Strong leadership competencies in strategic thinking, execution, decision-making, and executive relationship managementSalary: $350,000 - $400,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a generous annual incentive bonus between 50%-60% of base salary based on company performance.
