Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Operations Manager position include:- 10+ years of experience in commercial maintenance, with long tenure at previous companies preferred- Strong business understanding, including cost management, pricing, and profit margins- Proven ability to improve and optimize existing systems and processes- Oversee all maintenance operations and conduct regular site visits- Bring in new business to support division growth (small sales component)- Manage infrastructure and assist in high-level planning and execution- Collaborate with a small maintenance team on physical job execution- Must be local to the area and available Monday–FridaySalary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
