Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:- Must be a Licensed Architect in Utah or have 10+ years of solid experience in commercial architecture- 7+ years of experience preferred, ideally with commercial, industrial, and high-tech facilities- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required; experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and SmartSheets is a plus- Strong design skills with ability to lead projects from conception through construction administration- Experience creating construction documents, new builds, and cold shell build-outs- Must be detail-oriented and capable of coordinating with consulting engineers and contractors- Involvement in all project phases including master planning, test fits, proposals, and design documentationSalary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
