Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field preferred- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in the retail sector- Experience with fit-outs and multi-site projects highly desired- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam (or equivalent), Timberline, and Microsoft Office Suite- Lead multiple small to mid-sized commercial projects from pre-construction to closeout- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met- Maintain clean documentation, track performance, and apply lessons learned to future projects- Provide leadership to project coordinators, APMs, and administrative staff while supporting department growthSalary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
