Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Coordinator position include:- Must model Christian values, actively participate in a local Bible-believing church, and be committed to servant leadership- 3–5+ years of hands-on construction management experience; strong knowledge of multiple trades including plumbing and electrical- Ability to read blueprints, perform take-offs, scope projects, and manage construction budgets- Toolbelt experience strongly preferred; able to pitch in with framing, wiring, and general build tasks as needed- Lead and support volunteer crews on-site while fostering a collaborative team environment- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials for domestic and international builds- Participate in planning meetings, buyout trips (2–3 days, 4x/year), and four construction projects annually (one week per project)- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, missionaries, and church partnersSalary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
