Qualifications and responsibilities for this MEP Systems Designer position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with transferable skills- Professional Engineer Licensure preferred or in the process of obtaining a PE license- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD- Experience in mechanical HVAC/ductwork design (electrical and plumbing training available)- Analyze and apply codes and standards to existing MEP systems for renovations- Perform on-site investigations to verify current building conditions- Produce detailed designs, equipment selections, and system specifications- Monday through Friday 8-5 schedule with rare weekend workSalary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
